Frequently Asked Questions

For a family of 4 eating beef 3-4 times per week, a whole cow typically lasts 10-12 months. Properly stored in a freezer at 0°F, beef stays good for up to 12 months.
Can I customize my cuts?
Absolutely! After placing your deposit, we'll send you a detailed cut sheet. You can specify steak thickness, roast sizes, ground beef packaging, and whether you want organ meats.
How long from order to delivery?
The entire process takes approximately 35-40 days. This includes scheduling, processing, 21-day dry aging, butchering, packaging, and delivery coordination.
What breeds are available?
We work with verified ranchers raising Black Angus, Hereford, and Angus-cross cattle. All our cattle are grain-finished for optimal marbling, though grass-fed options are available upon request.
