Live cattle transactions are facilitated between buyers and sellers. Cattle Hub acts as a marketplace and does not directly handle refunds for peer-to-peer sales.

Refund Processing Times

Credit Card Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. It may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Replacement Shipments

If you choose a replacement, we'll ship it priority within 5-7 business days. Replacement shipments include expedited shipping at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

Butcher Box Orders

  • Before processing: Full refund minus any deposit
  • During processing/aging: 50% refund (animal has been committed)
  • After shipping: No cancellation (contact us about quality issues)

Seller Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime from your account settings
  • Access continues until end of billing period
  • Annual plans: prorated refund for unused months upon request
